How do I get an estimate?

Getting an estimate is easy and free! Simply choose an estimator option, fill in the appropriate information, and submit. You do not need to be present for the estimate. You can also contact us for more information.

How much does professional window cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the number of windows, type of windows, accessibility, and condition of the glass. We provide free estimates with transparent pricing.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes, all of our cleaning products are safe for pets and children. We prioritize the health and safety of your family and use only non-toxic, environmentally friendly products.

Do you offer gutter cleaning or just window cleaning?

We offer both window cleaning and gutter cleaning services. Our team cleans windows year-round, and we provide gutter cleaning when temperatures are above freezing to ensure effective and safe service.

What happens if it rains after my windows are cleaned?

Rain typically does not dirty freshly cleaned windows. However, if your windows become dirty as a result of rain shortly after our service, we will return and re-clean your windows at no additional cost to you.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily. For exterior-only service, you do not need to be home. For interior cleaning, we coordinate a time that works best for you.

Where do you provide service?

Besides the Fargo–Moorhead area, we are also providing year-round service to other areas. See our Service Area page for more details.

How do I pay my invoice?

Invoices are emailed the week after service unless you request otherwise. You can pay online through our website (link is in the header above), send a check, set up an account in our portal, enroll in auto-pay, or pay directly with your window cleaner.

What do I need to do to prepare for my cleaning?

All we ask is: any small breakable items be moved away from your windows. All other items or furniture can be left in place and will be moved by the cleaners if necessary.

Besides my windows, what else is included?

Our cleaning includes removing, replacing, and wiping down all screens. We will also wipe out your windowsills and tracks. While we are there, we can even change out hard-to-reach light bulbs and the batteries in your smoke detector or electric blinds. If our service was unsatisfactory in any way, please let us know.

It is supposed to rain the day of my appointment, do I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling Options

Rescheduling your appointment is always an option, and we are typically very accommodating. There are still times of the year where it can be difficult, and for that reason we offer the two options below.

Rain Guarantee

We guarantee that if it rains within a few days of your cleaning, and your window(s) are visibly dirty again, that we will touch up any windows affected for no additional cost.

Exteriors at a Later Date

In most cases you will not need to be at home for us to clean the outside of your windows. With that in mind, you have the option to have your interior windows cleaned during your scheduled appointment. We would stop back later, or when the weather is more favorable, to finish the exteriors.
